Membership information — when you apply for or maintain Chamber membership: your name, business name, business address, phone, email, business description, business category, and payment information.
Contact submissions — when you contact us through the website: your name, email, and any information you include in your message.
Event registrations— when you register for Chamber events: your contact information and event preferences.
Email subscribers— your email address and any preferences you provide.
Automatic data — basic technical information your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages visited), used for site analytics and security.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Manage Chamber memberships and renewals
Display member businesses in our public directory (only fields you have opted to make visible)
Send Chamber communications, event invitations, and updates
Process payments for membership dues and event registrations

Who has access

Chamber administrators — board members and authorized volunteers who manage Chamber operations.
Wild Apricot — our membership platform provider, which hosts and processes information on our behalf. Wild Apricot's privacy practices are available at wildapricot.com/privacy.
Payment processors — when you pay online, payment information is handled by our processor. The Chamber does not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
Service providers — limited operational partners under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

Your Business listing in the directory

By default, members appear in the public business directory with name, business category, location, website, and business description. Other fields, such as phone number, are visible to logged-in members only unless you opt to make them public. You can adjust your visibility settings at any time by signing into your member profile.

Your rights

You may at any time:

View your information by signing into your member profile
Correct any inaccurate information through your profile
Request deletion of your account and personal information (some records may be retained for accounting, tax, and legal purposes as required by law)
Opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in our emails
Withdraw consent for processing of your information
