L.E.A.P. (Learning, Employment, Assistance, Partnership) is the community action non-profit in Washington County. We operate the five Head Start/Early Head Start Centers (Granville, Cambridge, Whitehall, and Hudson Falls) as well as operate Washington County’s Career Center, a Food Pantry, Transportation Program, Emergency Assistance, a Community Garden, and a Winter Coat Drive.
